The data are processed for concluding and performing education contracts, maintaining student and andragogical documentation, organising classes, testing and exams, issuing certificates, administration, payment collection, communication and protection of the institution’s legal interests.
Recipients of data
Data may be accessible to authorised employees, teachers, accounting, technical support, hosting, email and other contracted processors, but only to the extent necessary for carrying out their tasks. Competent authorities receive data only where there is a legal obligation.
Data subject rights
You have the right to access, rectification, completion, erasure where conditions are met, restriction of processing, objection and other protections provided by the GDPR. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
